APA format has specific citation formats for items like blog entries, etc. This is the basic website document format, but make sure to check the APA Electronic Resources Supplement to see if there is a more specific format that fits your needs.
Generic:

Example:
Angeli, E., Wagner, J., Lawrick, E., Moore, K., Anderson, M., Soderland, L., & Brizee, A. (2010). Virus are terrible for you [Website]. Retrieved from http://xxxxxxxxx
Citing entire websites, feeds, and pages.
When citing an entire website or page, and not any document in particular on that website, it is sufficient to give the address of the site in the text (no reference list entry is needed), as follows:
KidsPsych is a wonderful interactive website for children (http://www.kidspsych.org).
