Include the date the podcast was created or updated. If you know the date it was created, place it after the URL. If you know the date it was updated, place that date after the URL instead and include the word "Updated." The Updated date takes precedence over the Published date. You do not need to include both.
Always put the date that you accessed the podcast. Include the word "Accessed."
