Zotero is a free citation management software. It can help you insert citations in your manuscript. First you need to collect items in your Zotero library (Items refer to the citations in your manuscript), then you can use it in your Word document.
To use Zotero, you need to install Zotero desktop app on your computer. Please check Zotero Installation Instructions.
