Justice through the lens of calculus: Framing new possibilities for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Presents case studies that highlight issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in introductory mathematics programs with special attention to precalculus, differential calculus, and integral calculus and surrounding departmental programs to support students in these courses. The volume features illustrative case studies that showcase ways in which departments and instructors are promoting diverse introductory mathematics programs, achieving, or monitoring equitable student outcomes and experiences, and promoting inclusive teaching practices.

There are numerous professional organizations and groups within large professional organizations that promote and support members of underrepresented groups. You can find these using a search engine such as Google or Bing by entering a profession, a minoritized group of people, and terms such as "organization" or "association." Look for a Membership link if you don't see a link for Students right away.

The purpose of the Association for Women in Mathematics is to create a community in which women and girls can thrive in their mathematical endeavors, and to promote equitable opportunity and treatment of women and others of marginalized genders and gender identities across the mathematical sciences.
Center for Minorities in the Mathematical Sciences
The mission of the Center for Minorities in the Mathematical Sciences is to disrupt the perception of who can do mathematics successfully by providing a nationally pronounced channel for community and scientific content, resources and programming, which is robust and supportive, for people of color pursuing degrees or careers in mathematics.
TODOS: Mathematics for ALL
An international professional organization that advocates for equity and excellence in mathematics education for ALL students - in particular, Latina/o students. As articulated in the mission and goals, TODOS advances educators' knowledge, develops and supports education leaders, generates and disseminates knowledge, informs the public, influences educational policies, and informs families about education policies and learning strategies. All of these goals ultimately result in providing access to high quality and rigorous mathematics for ALL students.
