Chemistry books primarily have call numbers beginning with "QD" although related subjects may by shelved in different areas.

Search the online catalog with the name of the element or other topic and open the drop down menu View Entire Collection and select Children & Young Adult Books.
Some books are stored at the Law Library Education Resource Room but you can request that they be sent to the Bernhard LIbrary for your use. Please submit a request at the circulation desk.
