Census Bureau International Data Base
From the U.S. Census Bureau, find tabular data for countries and regions as well as demographic indicators, population pyramids and source information for countries (click on link below Available Data).. Also check the Related Sites link in the left margin for many additional links. Included are links to the International Statistical Agencies of countries of the world. (scroll down a bit)
CIA The World Factbook
Provides basic country information, primarily statistical in nature. Check Economy section of a country for Gini Index and lowest and highest 10% of "Household income or consumption by percentage share."
Freedom House
Freedom House is an independent American watchdog organization dedicated to the expansion of freedom and democracy around the world. Founded in 1941, it analyzes the challenges to freedom, advocates for greater political rights and civil liberties, and supports frontline activists to defend human rights and promote democratic change. International Telecommunication Union (ITU)
ITU is the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies - ICTs.
Poverty and Inequality Platform
A World Bank computational tool that allows you to calculate the poverty measures under different assumptions and to assemble the estimates using alternative country groupings or for any set of individual countries. For decile breakdown: click on "Poverty Calculator" at the top of the page and in left margin under Income Inequality, open "Income Decile." Also listed is the Gini Index.
Transparency International: the global coalition against corruption
Founded in 1993 it is politically non-partisan and does not undertake investigations of alleged corruption or expose individual cases, but at times will work in coalition with organisations that do. TI raises awareness and diminishes apathy and tolerance of corruption, and devises and implements practical actions to address it.

United Nations iLibrary
United Nations iLibrary includes publications, journals and series comprising facts and expertise on international peace and security, human rights, economic and social development, climate change, international law, governance, public health, and statistics. The United Nations iLibrary is optimized for use on both desktop and mobile devices, allowing all users to read, share and embed United Nations content.

At launch, United Nations iLibrary comprises 750 titles in English, and 250 in other official languages of the United Nations: French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic. This initial scope covers most of the content published under the United Nations Publications banner between 2013 and 2015. A scope of around 3,000 titles is expected to be available by the end of 2016, corresponding to most titles published between 2010 and 2015.

World Bank Open Data
Much of the data comes from the statistical systems of member countries, and the quality of global data depends on how well these national systems perform. The World Bank works to help developing countries improve the capacity, efficiency and effectiveness of national statistical systems.
World Development Indicators (World Bank)
The primary World Bank collection of development indicators, compiled from officially-recognized international sources. It presents the most current and accurate global development data available, and includes national, regional and global estimates. Click on Poverty and Equality and scroll to "Distribution to income or consumption." GINI Index and Income shares listed - not all deciles are included.
