Personalized Service

ABL Reference librarians work closely with faculty to ensure the integration of Library resources into the curriculum. Faculty may contact a Reference librarian for an overview of services and an exploration of suggested resources in various disciplines and subject specialties.

Faculty are encouraged to recommend new reference titles in either print or electronic format for the collection. These resources will provide students with the general subject-specific information necessary to support their study as well as broaden their view and challenge their thinking.

Research consultation appointments are available for more in-depth discussion and planning. Search strategies and database options are reviewed and other appropriate resources are identified.

Netter Health Sciences Library (North Haven):

The Edward and Barbara Netter Library on the North Haven Campus has librarians that can assist faculty in QU medical, nursing and health sciences programs.
