There are numerous professional organizations and groups within large professional organizations that promote and support members of underrepresented groups. You can find these using a search engine such as Google or Bing by entering a profession, a minoritized group of people, and terms such as "organization" or "association." Look for a Membership link if you don't see a link for Students right away.

AISES American Indian Science and Engineering Society
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is a national nonprofit organization focused on substantially increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples of North America and the Pacific Islands in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) studies and careers.
BMA Black Microbiologists Association
Our mission is to support the collective work of pursuing equity in academia, industry, government, and beyond through advocacy, professional development, science communication, and outreach.
Minority Association of Pre-medical Students
Quinnipiac Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students

MAPS was created to increase the pipeline of minorities into all health professions, inclusive of medicine, nursing, public health, health care administration and entrepreneurship.

SACNAS Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science
Dedicated to fostering the success of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM.
SASE The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers
SASE is dedicated to the advancement of Asian heritage scientists and engineers in education and employment so that they can achieve their full career potential. In addition to professional development, SASE also encourages members to contribute to the enhancement of the communities in which they live.

SDBS Society for Diversity in the Biomedical Sciences
Focused on substantially increasing the representation of African Americans, American Indians, and Latinos in the sciences related to health and the environment. To carry out its mission, SDBS will provide education, training, and professional development, to grow the biomedical science pipeline.
SHPE Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers
Webinars, mentoring, scholarships, and conferences for Hispanic students in any field of STEM.
