Hello! I am your new Scholarly Communication, Research & Instruction Librarian serving as the STEM Liaison at the Bernhard Library.
During the completion of my M.S. Library and Information Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign I focused on courses like reference, information consulting, and user experience to provide the best reference experience possible. I’ve worked at both public and academic libraries for the last 5 years serving as a Bookmobile Driver, Interim Circulation Supervisor, Part-Time Reference Librarian, and Makerspace Librarian. My first library job was as a Circulation/Reserve Assistant at the Quinnipiac Law Library and it's great to be a Bobcat again!
My hobbies include cooking & fermentation projects, 3D Printing, historical preservation, and running Dungeons & Dragons Games for my friends and family.
