A locking, wooden apothecary chest with pull-out drawer. Case contains a key, glass mortar and pestle, balance scale and weights, and 17 glass bottles (3 unlabeled and 14 labeled). Bottles with labels are from "James Woolley, Sons & Co. Pharmaceutical Chemists, 69 Market St. Manchester". Bottles are for: Bicarbonate of soda, Calomel, Dover powder, Goulard's extract, Granular effervescent citro-tartrate, Gregory's powder, Ipecacuahna wine, Laudanum, Podophyllin pills, Quinine, Spirit of camphor, Tincture of arnica, Tincture of iron, and Tincture of rhubarb.
